Had an amazing dinner at Varq, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa earlier! We recently dined at the hotel- VARQ restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. The dinner spread was excellent with a good variety of mouth watering dishes, great presentation and refreshing taste. Special appreciation and recognition for Chef Harshit Jain who served us with amazing dishes. He is a valuable asset to the hotel.What really made the experience memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. My mom and I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and had a wonderful view. Beach was very calm and clean.Yoga each morning was also great. We tried all restaurants at the hotel and each of them were great. I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this property. For a 5-star hotel, the standards were shockingly low. My room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which was unacceptable. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, and instead of addressing the situation properly, they still went ahead and charged my card.This stay was extremely disappointing, especially in a city like Dubai where hospitality is usually exceptional. I would give this hotel zero stars if possible and will not be returning. I will also advise friends and family to avoid wasting their money here.

From check in to check out everything was just class apart. Every single staff member from the front desk, to the cleaning staff to the staff in the breakfast area everyone was so warm and always smiling and willing to help. Me and my family were spending our thanksgiving break in Taj exotica and it was our best thanksgiving break ever 😀 huge shout-out to every single person working at this amazing hotel you guys are all superstars. One statement, if you want to spend good quality time in peace and relaxation, then this is the place you want to be.Here are the pros during our stay:- Stay with family, we booked 2 rooms- Valet is amazing fast, parked our rental car there- We checked in at 11 pm, and there were people there to serve us welcome drink, check was fast and quick- rooms were ready- They even did nice decor in one room due to our anniversary- next morning, breakfast is the best at Palm kitchen - best in class food and service- The pool area is very nice and clean- Grounds and seating areas are plenty- Loved the dinner at their Varq restaurant- We had snacks and tea/coffee at Emperor Lounge- Front desk staff is awesome- Tried the J Wellness Circle spa on the day of leaving and we had an awesome spa experience- Our housekeeping staff was excellent, kept the rooms super clean, and upon calling, they provided everything in a minute- Just one line, if you have not stayed at this Taj Exotica resort, please plan and enjoy.- Super peaceful hotel, they were packed with guests and even had a wedding once but I did not hear any crazy noise

As all Taj properties have exceptional service, this was another absolutely fantastic suite and service, with very responsive housekeeping. Pool open from 7am to 10pm and has a private beach as well. Breakfast on the ground floor was great, with Asian and Western cuisine, gluten free options and made-to-order stations, and ample seating inside and outside. Suite comes with lounge access for high tea (3-4:30) and cocktail hour (5-7).Very relaxing environment and away from the hustle of the city.Free shuttle thrice to Mall of the Emirates. Else taxi is the only alternative (Dubai taxi ~Dhs 45 to 50, private taxis ~Dhs 80-100, which about 20-30 mins from hotel to metro. Closest metro station is Dubai Internet City (get taxis from exit 3 which is closest to the Two Seasons Hotel). Note that Bolt app is how you can order taxis if you don't see a taxi, but standing on other side of the metro exit means taxis will cancel on you.If using metro to get from airport towards hotel area, the Nol card is great. Tried going Sobha Realty metro to tram, to get to Palm Jumeirah and then the monorail but would not recommend it. The tram stop to monorail is a long walk through what looks like a parking lot, needs minimum Dhs 10 in Nol card and has a line up. Would then need taxi to hotel which is not clearly marked/available.. Will need to walk to road and flag down a taxi via inaccessible road/sidewalks. So best option is Dubai Internet City metro and taxi to hotel.

Did a last minute booking and paid a fortune for one night considering the name and legacy of Taj.However it was utterly disappointing with the worse service one could get from a 5star facility as this- The worst breakfast and quality without any taste for food ; where even ordering a coffee took a minimum of 30 minutes to serve.The sauce from all staff was it was crowded which is unacceptable as a hotel service is all about being crowded and good service - Inroom dining food tasted like frozen food and fish was stinking.Overall I wouldn’t comeback(even though this is my second time) to this hotel purely because of the worst hospitality experience we have ever had globally expect for service from one gentleman from the reception Mr.Yash while checking in.

We visited the Varq restaurant for dinner.... ambience is very good. The weather was amazing so we sat out and enjoyed the open air.Food was good....service was excellent.The only minus point was that there wasn't sufficient signage on the way ..... It's only once you get close to the property that you see it unlike some of the other hotels on the same strip. Google map too wasn't helpful that day and took us in the opposite direction that day ( to the West crescent).

We stayed as a family with two toddlers in a Family Luxury Seashore Room. The hotel grounds and pool facilities were beautiful, and the staff were generally very responsive and courteous. We enjoyed many aspects of the stay, but there were a couple of points that affected our overall comfort.In our room, we noticed some discolouration in the bathroom area that seemed to contribute to the children coughing at night. When we raised this with the team, management attended promptly, addressed the area cosmetically, and provided an air purifier, which we appreciated.The pool operates on a first-come, first-served basis. While this system is understandable, the one-hour holding time made it a little challenging for us, as breakfast with toddlers can take longer and required us to return frequently to keep our place. The manager, Michelle, was very understanding and kindly helped provide some flexibility, which made things easier.Overall, the hotel delivers a high standard, and while a few elements didn’t perfectly match our personal expectations based on other places we’ve stayed, we still found many positives and thoughtful staff support throughout our visit.

Nothing special… the resort feels very dead particularly at restaurants and bars even though the pool is busy, it’s very odd. The communal areas are only okay, they feel very corporate and leave you with a weird feeling. It is not comparable to other five star properties on the Palm. One or two immediate suggestions would be changing the coffee lounge on the backside of the lobby into a nice bar and cleaning up the balconies of the Raia. The outdoor area above the pool feels very barren it really needs more trees planting and lighting to create a nice atmosphere. However the rooms are very comfortable and done well. We definitely would not return as it felt like a 3 star whilst other properties we nearly booked for a similar price feel a lot more welcoming.

I booked directly with Taj Exotica because they advertise a Best Rate Guarantee. After booking, I found a lower publicly available rate through one of the largest and most reputable European travel companies (DER Touristik / Meiers Weltreisen).My claim was rejected with the explanation that this provider is “not a contracted partner.” However, when I asked which websites are considered contracted partners, I was told this information cannot be shared.This makes the Best Rate Guarantee feel misleading and not transparent for guests — if the hotel promotes such a guarantee, guests should be able to understand which platforms qualify. Otherwise the promise has no real value.Very disappointing experience. I hope the Taj brand improves transparency moving forward, because this situation does not reflect the level of trust and quality one expects from a luxury hotel.

Club Lounge afternoon tea was very good quality, the breakfast I felt could be improved a bit more on the quality, given the price point. It wasnt bad but just could be a tad better in terms of each dishes to make it a wow factor. I believe the breakfast can really change the whole impression and experience of the hotel. The hotel is very spacious with a lot of areas where one can sit and relax, the seats next to the fountain were also great in the evening time. Special shout out to Ayub, he has been extremely kind and welcoming, as well as being so accommodating to my requests which was incredibly helpful for my trip in Dubai. In Dubai, there seems to be a lot of asks to write a good review and mention about them, and Ive come across extremely kind people, but Ayub, I asked for his name myself so that I could make sure to write a review. Overall was a good stay!

The hotel is located on the edge of the Palm, so getting around—either within the Palm or to other parts of Dubai—usually took a long ride, especially with the heavy traffic in the area. Overall, I liked the hotel: the room was comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent.One thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioning was locked at a maximum of 24°C, so it wasn’t possible to set it to 25°C, for example. We often had to keep the balcony door open to avoid getting too cold.The beach experience was pleasant overall. There were a few small shells in the sand, but the sunbeds were very comfortable, and the beach staff were attentive and helpful.The main downside for me was the food. Neither breakfast nor dinner met good standards. The coffee was poor, the egg station quality was disappointing, and the bread knife was so dull it stayed that way throughout our stay—cutting bread became a challenge. The rooftop restaurant Raia served a delicious dinner, but the buffet and Roaring Rabbit offered rather weak meat options. I tried several dishes but ended up leaving most of them uneaten.Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the interior design was beautiful, and the staff were very attentive. However, because of the food quality, I’m not sure I would choose this hotel again.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely perfect! 🎉The whole team was wonderful, and a very special thank you goes to Danish, who took such amazing care of us and arranged a beautiful birthday surprise during breakfast. 💛Also, a big thank you to the lovely lady at reception — she was so welcoming and kind, and she offered to take photos of us. When you are paying half a lakh rupees daily for a room, it is only reasonable to expect excellent services and food.Unfortunately , it was dissapointing experience on both the criteries and some more. Rooms were small . Unreasonable delays in room dining. Being a Taj failed at providing excellent lndian food as well.Even staff was not well informed inexperienced and barely helpful.In one word ? Our first impression upon check-in wasn’t great — no welcome drinks were offered, nor any refreshing hand or face towels on arrival, which we expected for a resort of this level.The positive part of our check-in experience was the lovely lady at reception, Priti, who kindly walked us to our room and explained the resort facilities in detail — thank you for that. Later, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice taste chocolates pistachio pieces, and the chocolate cake. beautiful bed decorations arranged by the receptionist & housekeeping, which was a thoughtful touch.The room itself was lovely, spacious, and offered great premium bathroom amenities Molton Brown body wash body lotion conditioner and the shampoo & hand soap bar. great balcony swimming pool and the palm views.However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing and definitely needs improvement, especially considering the nightly rate of around £300. The selection was quite limited — there was only 2 types of freshly squeezed juices orange juice and watermelon juice. no further selections like freshly squeezed pineapple apples detox juice bar, and the tropical fruit choices were minimal (no strawberries, kiwis, passion fruit, blueberries, or raspberries etc).Only tea bags were served instead of loose-leaf tea in pots, and there was no bubbles example sparkling option like Prosecco available at breakfast. The pastry selection was also limited, with no patisserie-level items. No fresh honeycomb offered. Also no Asian food choices like dim sum sushi Chinese and Japanese selections for international hotels chains I was surprised 😦I had asked for an almond croissant, which wasn’t available at the time — but the restaurant chef personally came to our table and kindly promised to make some for us the next morning, which was such a lovely gesture. 🙏This morning, we had a wonderful surprise at breakfast — it seems someone must have read our Google review and took the feedback to heart. I’m truly grateful for that. 🙏 The chef baked freshly made almond croissants, and thanks to Ankita and Chef Arjun, our stay felt even more memorable and pleasant, especially with the beautifully presented fresh fruits. 🍽️✨Overall, a beautiful resort with great staff, but the breakfast experience could be significantly improved to match the premium price and high expectations.I hope the management reviews the feedback and takes it into consideration to make ongoing improvements to the buffet breakfast, ensuring that the quality and standards remain high and reflect those expected of a luxury hotel resort in Dubai’s competitive market.Our lovely surprise for breakfast — the freshly baked almond croissants — unfortunately stopped on our last day (Sunday), which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to having them again.Would I stay here again? Probably not. The breakfast options are quite limited, and there are several other five-star resorts around Jumeirah Beach that offer much better value for money. The location is also not ideal, as it’s situated on the Palm Island and takes around 30 minutes to drive off the Palm.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in!I don't even know where to start.Firstly ALL staff are amazing all the way to the cleaners to the spa staff. But Amrinder, Harpreet, Amandeep and Kansha (from valet) particularly went above and beyond. All the staff are so respectful and they genuinely treat all the guests equally well. It doesn't matter who you are they will treat you with the upmost respect.Secondly we got 3 room upgrades and the suites were amazing. I loved how the rooms got cleaned twice a day and in the evening you get a tray with body lotion, slippers and chamomile teabag. Such a cute touch.On arrival they gave a mint juice and a shell necklace.I loved the beach bags which were free to take home.The slippers were beautiful with a feather design on them.The views were amazing you can see the Atlantis hotels.They also left a cake for our anniversary in our room.In the afternoon a flute player comes along to play adding to the ambience.The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing! I loved the karak chai and masala tea option.Definitely the best breakfast and dinner we have had at an hotel.I loved and appreciated how everything is clearly labelled with allergens. It's really annoying when hotels don't do this.Our family don't eat eggs and the eggless cakes were the best we have tried! Compliments to the Baker. During breakfast their wad eggless pastries too!There's free and quick valet at the hotel.The hotel let us check out late at 4pm for free.We had lost our toddlers shoe at the hotel and the staff did their best to get it back to us.The staff also gave our toddler complimentary milk when she was agitated, they were so kind they didn't want to take money for it.They gave mango ice lollies during the afternoon for free.Brought us bottled ice water to the tennis courts.When we enquired about the spa, the staff were so friendly they gave us a free tour in all of the rooms, when all I was expecting was to see the spa booklet. They went above and beyond!At the pool when we enquired for a floating device to lay on, the lifeguard did their best to find us one.The interior design is amazing love the subtle sea/water theme throughout the hotel.The pool and beach are not crowded it's quite peaceful.The only cons were that the padel courts glass was damaged so we couldn't play and the time to get karak chai in the morning took a while.It's been 1 month since we went to the Taj and we don't stop talking and thinking about it! We miss it so much!

We recently returned for our second visit, and once again, it exceeded all expectations!From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by Ayub, whose service is consistently brilliant, attentive, warm, and always going the extra mile. It’s staff like him that truly elevate the Taj experience.We had Club Room access, which is such a treat. The Masala tea there is absolutely perfect every time (a personal favourite), and the canapés are always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety that even caters to children, which is so appreciated when traveling as a family. The lounge is also the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail while watching the sunset over the Palm, a view that never gets old.As someone who’s stayed at many resorts in Dubai, this is by far the best for a staycation. The food is a big reason why. If you're a fan of authentic Indian cuisine, this is definitely the resort for you! Every morning there's something new and freshly made, from paronthe, dosa, to chole bhatureh, it’s like waking up in a food lover’s paradise.One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating the chefs are, especially for kids. If you need something less spicy or customised, they are more than happy to adjust which is such a comfort for families.Another highlight is their fine dining Indian restaurant, Varq. We’ve celebrated both our anniversary and my birthday here, and each time we’ve made sure to dine at Varq before checking out. The Himalayan chicken soup, lamb chops, Surka Murgh (pickled onion chicken), and of course, the crispy jalebis with rabri are simply divine! And that's just a few of the dishes, everything is beautifully presented and packed with flavour. With full consistency each and every time.It’s not just about the food and service, the beach and swimming pool area are incredibly relaxing, and another one of our favourite places to chill during the day.The management team also deserves a mention, they’re always checking in to make sure everything is perfect, and that personal touch makes all the difference.Honestly, I could go on and on… If you're visiting Dubai or planning a luxury staycation, Taj Exotica The Palm is one to definitely check out. We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Exotica Palm Jumeirah. We were there for my birthday and honeymoon. The staff was so helpful, warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Mohammed for all the wonderful assistance. We were greeted with drinks and the availability of all hotel facilities until check in, as we arrived early in the morning. We were allowed an early check in as well which is so helpful. My husband and I were allowed to do our post wedding photoshoot at the resort, which turned out beautifully. The resort is beautiful, the breakfast each morning is delicious and the staff are very efficient in everything they do. We were thinking of staying downtown for a few days of our holiday due to business but quickly changed our minds and continued our holiday at the Taj because we were so amazed by the hospitality and warmness we experienced. A 10/10 for us, we will be back.

I spent 12 days at Taj Exotica The Palm, Dubai, and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The breakfast buffet is huge with a lot of options, and the Indian à la carte restaurant was excellent.Our room was cleaned thoroughly, sometimes 2-3 times a day, never experienced service like this! The pool is large, very clean, and they always provide free water and towels. The sea was too warm for swimming, but the pool more than made up for it. Cocktails and drinks were also great.The staff were exceptional professional, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast staff were always quick and kind even when busy. Special thanks to the doorman (unfortunately forgot the name), Mercy from the lobby, and the lifeguards Mattias and Bims, who always helped us with anything and made our stay easier.Highly recommend this hotel for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service!

This is an incredible hotel where every member of staff is so attentive in their job and are happy to please their guest's. The room we had was spacious for 3 people and is cleaned and supplied with clean towels, water etc on a daily basis if required. The beach and pool area is well staffed and has plenty of sunbeds etc available. We only tried the Emperor lounge, Roaring Rabbit and The coast were the only food restaurants we used and all had excellent food/snacks. We did not use the gym or spa facilities which are also available.The hotel itself is at the end of east Palm Jumeirah so getting to Dubai centre, Marina and other attractions can take time but we hired a car to make things flexible, valet parking is available for your car at no cost. This hotel was just what we required for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. Massive mention to the lovely Vicky who looked after us at Emperors Lounge and Mahesh who looked after us on the beach with sunbeds/drinks and towels.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but our stay was a huge disappointment. Room 326 had a strong mold smell that triggered my son’s allergies, and the staff showed no real concern or solution, even though free rooms were clearly available.The beach was terrible — dirty, with blooming water, and the buoys placed so close to the shore that you can walk to them with water only chest-deep.To make things worse, after using valet parking my Gucci sunglasses were stolen from the car, which I only discovered once we arrived back in Abu Dhabi.This stay was completely ruined. If you care about health, safety, and comfort — choose another hotel.

Went for the spa, second time. Massage in the couples room was still okay but not great or awesome. Last year when I came for the spa it was really worth the long drive - was an excellent experience. Not sure what happened this time, maybe they exchanged the staff. Spa Facilities (sauna area) is up to 5* hotel standard though. Clean and has everything you need as in ice 🧊 fountain etc.

I hope the actual stay at this hotel is better than the reservation experience. I booked a 10-day stay with my son and tried to arrange a second room for my parents (who are passing through Dubai) nearby. This should have been simple, but it has been a complete debacle. I have called, emailed, used WhatsApp, and even tried the online messaging service, yet no one has been able to resolve my request (or even reply on the available platforms). It appears the reservation team is in India, which has only added confusion. I don’t understand why I cannot speak directly with someone in Dubai who can simply add another room to my booking. I am now considering cancelling altogether and moving to another hotel.

The most important point is that the hotel is very family-oriented and not suitable for young people.The second point is that the hotel is luxurious, but it has an Indian smell without any racism, but the smell is strong, and the hotel is empty, like the pool and the sea.The negative point of the place is that it takes a quarter of an hour to reach it from the moment you enter the palm tree, which is very difficult in the end.The pool table was inside a bar and not for everyone.

What an amazing stay at the Taj Exotica! We did some thorough research on hotels before choosing, especially as we were travelling with 2 children aged 6 months and 3 years. The Taj Exotica did not disappoint one bit!From arriving at the hotel and the friendly welcome by porter team and the front desk readying our room early, it was truly the beginning of a wonderful stay.We booked the Luxury Suite Sea View King Bed with Sofa Bed and Club Lounge Access.Let me begin with the Club Lounge Access. By no means was it the reason for booking the room, we just thought it was a nice addition to have for convenience if we ever needed a quick bite or something for the kids.The Club Lounge Access was probably one of the highlights of our trip!The afternoon tea is where the magic truly took place...Imagine a Ritz style afternoon tea with all the extras - that's exactly what this was and then some! Every day there were new sandwiches, hot food, desserts and savouries. You could order hot and cold drinks, bespoke to your taste buds. Our family was well and truly spoilt by the Taj Exotica and we cannot thank them enough as our 3yr old who is a fussy eater at times had enough options to appease him!There was even a 2hr cocktail hour included which just goes to show how amazing and addition the Club Lounge Access was!Our room was extremely spacious with a large living room and humungous bedroom, closet area, giant bathroom and plenty other space!True 5* experience at Taj!

I left with a sense of disappointment due to several service issues that could easily be improved:Lack of Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, I noticed many guests were greeted with welcome drinks and small gifts for their children, but I wasn’t offered any. It felt inconsistent and uninviting.Valet Parking Delays: The arrival area was extremely crowded. I waited quite a while, but eventually had to self-park in the underground.Room Cleanliness: The toilet in my room was dirty when I checked in, which was very disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.Baby Cot Delay: I had requested a baby cot to be placed in the room before my arrival and even reconfirmed by phone. Unfortunately, it was delivered much later after check-in, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.Checkout Experience: I requested a modest 30-minute late checkout, which was declined. Ironically, when I called for help with my luggage at the original checkout time, no one arrived until 30 minutes later—exactly the extension I had requested. I ended up waiting unnecessarily at the reception.While the property itself is impressive and the breakfast was a highlight, the guest service experience fell short in key moments that really matter. With a few improvements in staff coordination and attention to guest requests, this hotel could truly offer a top-tier experience.

All hotels on Palm Island. The reception is amazing. They give out necklaces made of seashells as a souvenir. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel smells amazing. The nice thing is that the room has a sofa that converts into a bed. The hotel has a beautiful pool, and you can also swim in the sea. The only thing I didn't like was that there were amenities at the hotel, but we weren't informed of them at check-in. For example: 1. Free afternoon tea with cookies from 5 to 6 p.m.2. Plates of sweets were distributed to the children.What bothered me the most was that a plate of fruit and sweets was delivered to the room next to mine. When I asked room service, I was told that the sweets were no longer available and would be available in two months. When I met with the receptionist and brought up the issue, she called them and spoke in Hindi. She told them it was just an option, so there was no need for trouble. She spoke in a sarcastic tone.I understand Hindi, but I didn't like the response because I'm too sophisticated for that.

Loved the stay in Taj excotica Palm..it lives up to the Taj standard which is premium across all it hotels. This hotel in particular is amazing. Checkin process is smooth and guests are seated while staff come and get the checkin done. The ambience, service , food, rooms, pool, kids activities are top class. This was honestly an amazing hotel. The layout and location of the hotel were beautiful.The food was so good, with the breakfast and dinner buffets being the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. Everything from check-in to check-out was an absolute delight.Lets start, Check was seamless like a well oiled machine. The reception staff were just awesome and seating area is spacious. One of the most beautiful receptions in Dubai and I have stayed at multiple hotels in Dubai over the years.We rested in reception after a long trip and then we were shown our room and the luggage was there already.They gave us a great room early with check in. My family loved the rooms. They baked a complimentary cake for my sons birthday.Breakfast was absolutely awesome and the best service from the staff. Very efficient and spacious seating area for breakfast. The food was FRESH and delcious unlike some other so-called 5 star hotels in Dubai. Variety of food was great and servers were constantly checking on the hotel guests at the breakfast area.The pools and other activities were absolutely awesome, we sat daily and ate our dinner outside. We ordered our lunch and dinner through Careem as the hotel prices were high for lunch and dinner.The pool is safe for smaller kids so my kids loved it.Check-out was a breeze as well. The staff allowed us a little extra time in the room also because my little child and extra time needed to pack. I really appreciated that.At the pool area, I saw some people leaving glass near the water that could easily break and injure someone or fall into the water.Also, I saw multiple couples engaging in adult activities inside the pool in full view of children of different ages. This was extremely disrespectful especially to my 8 year old daughter. My suggestion is for hotel management to communicate this to hotel guests and for staff to stop this from happening.

The hotel is great and has an Indian style, but the only drawback is that the location is far from everything. The sea on their beach is rotten, full of algae and a bad smell, but when we went to the pool, it was ok. The sea was impossible to sit in because of the algae and the rotten smell.

One of the most luxurious and modern hotel rooms that we have stayed in Dubai!We just returned from a week’s vacation (having previously stayed at this hotel on holidays for 3 weeks in the past).We travel to Dubai almost every year on holiday and have stayed at many luxury hotels previously (Atlantis a couple of times, Zabeel Saray, Fairmont, Le Meridien to name a few). This became our favourite hotel very quickly due to the modern rooms & exceptional level of service!The hotel was impeccably spotless & the staff take great pride in ensuring that you have a great stay. The resort employs plenty of staff — service is attentive and smooth throughout the property.The hotel is very popular among Indian guests, and it is a well-known venue for beautiful Indian weddings — during my stay there were several events happening.The beach is one of the best on this side of the Palm. I have visited all the beaches on this stretch, and apart from the brand new Atlantis The Royal, this is the top choice in terms of quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.The gardens and fountains are lovely, and the entire outdoor area feels open and peaceful. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and a warm smile, instantly setting the tone for what was to come.The room was spacious good enough for a couple,tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully designed and a serene ambiance.I must confess this was one the best beds I ever slept in, was incredibly comfortable.What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Whether it was the handwritten welcome note, the curated in-room amenities, or the prompt and courteous service at every touchpoint, everything was thoughtfully executed. Even though our stay was just for one night, we felt thoroughly pampered.The service at the beach greeted and helped by MAHESH, was incredible and very supportive. I was there for a business event. They were serving these very weird appetizers and finger foods during the event very weird stale unsavory. The front desk staff were very helpful including the valet services guy.If you’re there for a business event or other, it’s not practical does it takes you more like 45 minutes just to get there because it’s on the other side of the island, ridiculous if you’re there for a weekend getaway and you plan on going anywhere then that could be the place.

The hotel is nice, comfortable and family-friendly. Its drawback is that the hookah is outside, whether by the sea or on the sixth floor. It is outside and it is hot and humid, but the hotel is quiet and comfortable. We stayed at the Taj Exotica in December 2023 and were initially impressed by the elegance and cleanliness of the property. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and luxurious interiors that reflect the high standards of the Taj brand.Unfortunately, our overall experience was deeply affected by how we were treated by the management and staff. Even though our stay did not include New Year’s Eve, we were repeatedly pressured to pay for the hotel’s New Year’s party package. No matter where we were on the property—whether in the lobby, dining areas, or simply walking around—we were constantly harassed by staff about this event. It created a persistent sense of discomfort that made it hard to enjoy our time there.We felt as though we were being treated more like a financial obligation than valued guests. This pushy behavior left us feeling unwelcome and uneasy throughout our stay. There was also a strange, negative energy around the place that added to our discomfort—an atmosphere that didn’t align with the luxury and reputation of the hotel.While the physical property is top-tier, the experience was not. We left feeling disappointed and would hesitate to return.

We’ve stayed at over ten hotels on The Palm, including multiple stays at Anantara and Sofitel, so we were curious to try the Taj Exotica. Unfortunately, it did not quite meet our expectations.The standard rooms are quite small for a hotel in this category. One of the biggest disappointments was the air conditioning, which had a musty smell. We reported it at the front desk, but nothing was done during our stay. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.The pool area is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, we were surprised to see leftover food trays from other guests left in the hallway for several days without being cleared — something that simply shouldn’t happen in a five-star hotel.The buffet was decent with an adequate selection, but the service was slow and inconsistent, especially during busy times. Staff were friendly, but often overwhelmed.Overall, the stay was okay, but the overall experience falls short compared to neighboring hotels like Anantara or Sofitel, which we’ve enjoyed more and would likely choose again over this one.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had in terms of service!We booked a Luxury Sea View Room King Bed, but the original view didn’t meet our expectations. The staff quickly helped us upgrade to a stunning room with a view of the beach, pool, and sea — and it included lounge access.Manager Sharthak was incredibly friendly and gave us a personal tour of the hotel and its amenities. The pool and beach are super convenient with towels and water provided. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely delicious and generous. Lounge snacks were also a treat.The hotel is located at the far end of the Palm, which makes it peaceful. We vacationed at Taj Exotica The Palm and were absolutely delighted! From the very first day we were greeted by the friendly girl Sabina at the reception - always smiling, friendly and ready to help with any question. Thanks to her, check-in was quick and pleasant, and ahead of schedule! Also, throughout our vacation, she helped us out more than once with various tips and tricks.The cuisine in the main restaurant deserves special praise: European, Asian and Indian dishes were at the highest level - tasty and varied. I can also mention the wonderful Indian restaurant Varq with very tasty dishes and beautiful presentation.The rooms are always clean, with thoughtful details, cleaning is excellent. The area is well-groomed, pleasant to stroll, everything is green, neat and beautifully decorated.The staff is always polite and responsive, creating an atmosphere of comfort and care. The hotel really maintains a high level of service.We plan to come back here again!

We recently celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary and chose the Afternoon Tea (Mumbai) at the Taj, The Palm, hoping to make the day extra special. While we appreciated the overall effort, there were a few aspects that could certainly be improved to enhance the experience.1. Location and Ambience:The seating area had a noticeable issue with flies, which made the experience uncomfortable. A more controlled, enclosed or better-maintained environment would elevate the sense of luxury and allow guests to enjoy the food without distraction.2. Masala Tea Disappointment:As a proud Indian establishment, we expected the Taj to serve an authentic Masala Tea. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing part of our visit.The first attempt tasted like plain English Breakfast Tea.The second was overly milky and lacked any real flavor.The third was bitter, as if tea leaves had been over-steeped to compensate.Despite returning it three times, it never came close to what one would expect from a basic Indian Masala Chai, let alone one served at a prestigious hotel. We eventually gave up trying.3. Repetitive Flavors in Food:The toasted sandwich and the Vada Pav both had fillings that tasted almost identical. Offering distinct flavors or spices in each would have created a more varied and enjoyable tasting experience.We hope this feedback is helpful, as the Taj brand carries a legacy of excellence. With a few improvements, the Afternoon Tea experience could be truly memorable and worthy of such special occasions.

Wonderful ExperienceWe booked a day use through the Prevelee app and had an excellent time. The service was outstanding, and the pool is impressively large. My dear friend stayed here to celebrate his wife's birthday who is like a sister to me. Ms. Chalani from guest relations accommodated my special request to arrange a bottle of wine in their room. One of the best hotel to stay on Palm Jumeirah. Right from check in to check out all the services provided by hotel was reay good. I would prefer this hotel for all type of tourists. To name a few Sunanda and Co from front desk team was helpful. They upgraded our room from exotica room to Luxury suite as we needed interconnected rooms for family of six. Also Diksha and Co from Club lounge took care of all our needs in a better way. The view from the hotel is really good and all amenities are nice.

I want to share about my experience at the hotel. The hotel is perfect!! It has everything the kids need!! The service is amazing!! Anything you need they take care of you!! The rooms were always clean, a cute guy named Manash always reserved a place for us in the pool. The food tends to Indian flavors but those who take half board have a lot of places to eat because there are several restaurants. In addition, there is an excellent playground for children! The book is amazing even for those who don't take treatments just to enter a crazy sauna!! The journeys are a bit long to the center for those who plan to travel with children, it's a bit difficult, but we managed! It was perfect!

It is our daughter’s birthday. Taj Exotica team did an out of way and exceptional work to make her birthday the most memorable. Each and every staff is cooperative and highly committed to their work. The hotel itself deserves to be more than 5 star rating, all the staff are really their assets. Food choices are unlimited, the half board selection is really worth. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is really a good size with separate bathtub, closed shower and closed WC. Balcony gives you amazing view.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Staying here now with 1 year old child.1. I specifically asked for a quiet room as it is essential for the kid. Olga at the reception ensured that the room is quiet, and yet the room appeared to be just in front of the reconstructions (starting at 6am and loading works all night long).2. The air conditioning in the room smells terrible (sewage smell I'd say). I was asking to check it for 2 days multiple times, no one came, nothing done. I also asked to show an air conditioner cleaning log, nothing was shown, so probably the air conditioning hasn't been cleaned for a long time.3. At the end I simply asked to move us to any problemless room. The answer was - yes, no problem, come at 3 pm. At 3 pm I was told to come at 6 pm. At 6 pm I was told, oh, we are fully booked. And yet there were plenty of available rooms via hotel aggregators (eg booking com). The staff was trying to convince me that information on the aggregators is mistake and still they are fully booked, only one presidential suite available, but they can't move me there due to the price difference.So for 3 days already we are trying to have some sleep at 5* hotel in a noisy and smelly room. Only promises, promises, promises, no results... I was again promised with a better room for the 4th day of our stay, so i will update the review accordingly.

Taj Exotica The Palm is a beautiful beachfront resort with great service, spacious rooms, and amazing views. The pool is huge, the beach is private, and the food is good.However, I felt the pool area really lacked trees/ greenery, so I suggested adding more landscaping. Excellent place to stay in Dubai. We stayed in Taj Exotica for five nights. Superb staff and services. My son has some food allergies. The staff and the chefs went out of their way to help us with food as per our requirements. Special attention was given to our food requirements.Extra care was taken by the staff and chefs. They prepared food for my son separately. The housekeeping staff is wonderful too. Ambience and location of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful view of the beach. I would highly recommend this place for families who have young kids. Taj Exotica made our Dubai trip memorable. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!

We wanted to celebrate our honeymoon with my husband,we booked Taj for 1 night first for Eid holidays,and we wanted to see if we like it ,we can book 5 more nights…but from beginning we were very disappointed, we we’re waiting half hr for check in ,we weren’t offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and we saw that others are getting it ,and I did raised request to have something complimentary for honeymoon, team told me they will do ,but we didn’t have anything at all, the woman who was showing us the room was super tired and not friendly.. So we decided to stay all other days for Eid holidays in different hotel.Totally Won’t recommend. It’s not 5 star experience.

Had been for a corporate iftar, which was held at the Courtyard. The view, set up and the ambience combined brought out a visually stunning and a beautiful event.I have always loved the food at Taj, but being a vegetarian was a bit skeptic on the vegetarian cuisine avble for an Iftar. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety and number of live stations catering to vegetarian delicacy.So overall I wud definitely recommend Taj at the Palm if anyone is looking to do a corporate Iftar.

As per my previous review, this is a second part.Rooms are ok, we have moved today from deluxe room to suite with hot tub. View from suite is very good, but if I compare the price between deluxe room and suite it’s not worth it. We have been inform that our suite is ready, but than I found out that umbrella is broken, hot tub is not working, cleaning person left his dirty cleaning cloths there, no fresh fruits( as you expect in suite) small small things are not there, comparing to other hotels on palm( we have stayed in 90% of them in normal rooms and suite).Other hand B/F is very nice, huge selections, service is very good, all the hotel staffs are very polite.Management and rooms are the problem.

This place is a paradise.We spent 6 days in Dubai downtown and only 1 day in Taj (The Palm) to celebrate birthday. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful place. We had booked the Sunset + Sea view room. The kind of hospitality and service they provide is overwhelming. They even allowed us to do late checkout. We checked out at 3pm whereas the actual check out time is 12pm. Talking about the property and the food, it was a wonderful experience for us. Multiple items in the menu and the chef also made a cake for my wife birthday.Would highly recommend a stay for at least 1 day to experience this unforgettable moment. Thank you Taj!!

The hotel deserves a 7 star. What makes it unique is the staff and all the employees , extremely professional! I had an extremely pleasent stay from the moment i checked in i was welcomed with welcoming drinks, didnt have to stand at the counter and finish the check in & my luggage was delivered to my toes,I didnt want to leave this place all day, although i planned to have dinner outdoors but i really loved it so i had dinner at the buffet in the restaurant and the waiters were more than professional in their service, they would come to check on what we need before we blink and theyre always willing to help , serve, do more than what they are required with positive attituides all day!! Hands up to vishu who was our waiter on Friday in at the palm kitchen.No words can do justice for this incredible resort … i really loved my stay, and i will be a frequent guest!!!!

My family & I stayed at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa for the past week for a family reunion. Let me tell you it was one of the most amazing if not the best hotel stays I have had in my life! It truly embodied its Five Star Reputation. The service and hospitality of this hotel was above and beyond. We were always greeted with the warm smile of Harpreet at the entrance and Vikas, Praju, and Ankita at the Front Desk. Susantha kept all the rooms neat and tidy. All the staff were lovely and were happy to help! The food was absolutely delicious with there being no limit to the selection. My entire family had a blast and we had no complaints. We also met the GM Mr. Nayan Seth who was incredible. He is running a tight ship that has no mistakes. We loved his hospitality so much. Overall, 5/5 experience and definitely if you’re in Dubai, the Taj is the best place to go!

The venue is beautiful and well-suited for hosting events; however, we are disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the person responsible for managing weddings. Despite our efforts to contact her via messages and calls, we have not received a reply. During our meeting, she appeared distracted and spent time on her phone. We stayed in this lovely hotel for 10 nights. We had only booked with breakfast and set off on our own every day after breakfast in a separately booked rental car. Dubai is a car city and you can get around easily by car from the Palme. The hotel parked the car for free (we only paid tips to the staff). That went great.Since we were there at the beginning of September, the hotel was not overloaded at all. Sufficient and friendly service was always guaranteed. Very good breakfast buffet with a small selection that is brought to the table. Good coffee. Our intolerance to milk was always taken into account and there was never a problem.The pool is huge. Because there were so many beds, there was always enough space for everyone. We didn't feel disturbed by the few children. There is also a separate toddler area with its own lifeguard and a kids club, as we saw in passing. We always found a place at the bar by the pool and also had a delicious meal (the Hummus Trio is recommended). The staff always has water and moves the umbrellas if necessary. Very good service there too.The room was beautiful. Unfortunately, at that time the roof was being cleaned of sand and other noisy work was being carried out. That's why we couldn't always sleep in. But after we contacted service, we were given another room. Luckily it was quiet and even more beautiful.Overall, a nice experience and we recommend the hotel without reservation.

We had a spectacular 2 night weekend getaway to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel team was extremely welcoming and had a cute setup in the room. We had a cake delivered to the hotel and everything went so smooth. The vibe was very calming and relaxing. The girls had an amazing space outdoors where they can play with their scooters. Breakfast buffet had many options. Hotel has different dining restaurants but we haven’t tried any. We sat at the lounge for a snack. Girls went to the kids clubhouse for movie night while we had a walk by the beach at sunset. I am definitely returning when i want to disconnect from life hustles.

The Taj was absolutely amazing! Most probably one of the best resorts we have stayed at. From the lovely welcome from the staff to the stunning decor, spacious rooms, amazing views, fantastic and helpful staff, delicious food and excellent facilities, the stay exceeded our expectations! We definitely recommend paying the extra for the Taj Club Room! You get soft and hot drinks included all day, get high tea from 3-4.30 and cocktails/alcoholic drinks from 5-7. The staff were fantastic in the club lounge too, and the view was stunning from the club room onto the palm.

Rooms are descent. Bathroom shower water pressure is awful. Breakfast options are fine, but servers took too much time to get your hot latte or coffee. Getting your dosa or parhatta roti took time, sometimes they forgot!

Stayed here for 4 nights, fantastic rooms, great location, a bit far from the city and the entrance of The Palm, room service food is excellent. Most disappointing is the service in the Palm Kitchen restaurant. Their live counters for Indian food is the most mismanaged system i have ever seen in any 5 star hotel so far. Even in non-peak hours at morning 8am a dosa takes 30 minutes to be made and brought to the table, and this is only after several reminders again and again to their staff. The waiters are hardly seen serving you at this restaurant, and they are responsible for the live counter orders to take them and bring them. In peak hours, you can expect your live counter food after 45 minutes with atleast 5-7 set of reminders. This is surely not a very great experience. Taj hotels and the Manager at this resort really needs to get their socks up in terms of managing their live counters. This was a very very sour pain point in our entire experience at this resort and hence a 2 star only overall. I am avoiding this hotel in Dubai till i visibly see this issue with live counters getting sorted out.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai! The property is stunning, with its luxurious ambiance and warm hospitality creating the perfect getaway. We have previously stayed at the Taj Exotica, Palm in 2023 and had the best holiday, the kids loved it.And so we had to go back again this year (October 2024), and what can I say, we simply had the best vacation again.We always feel so safe and looked after there, nothing is too much. The staff are so polite, professional and seem to love what they do.Of course I need to mention several names, and I will do my best to remember everyone, but I may forget a few.Thank you the front of house staff for the early check in after we arrived from an exhausting flight with the young kids. Special thanks to Priti and Pallavi for being so accommodating, and also to Ayub and Amrinder for always checking in with us and great advice.The Palm Kitchen team is always brilliant, and the chefs are always so happy to tailor anything for you. The table staff work so hard and it was always fun to speak to them, especially Sudhir, Michael and Vinita. They took great care of making sure our kids had a nice quiet spot to eat breakfast and were always comfortable. Many other team members to mention, including Adarsh, Chan, Dari, Deborah, Himanshu, the wonderful crepe lady (can’t remember her name, sorry), Bernard, George and Prakash.The coffee shop team were always helpful as well with making sure my daughter had her favourite fries for lunch, especially Beauty, Elaine and Simran.And housekeeping, such a fanatic team on the third floor, especially Srinivas (always went the extra mile, with creative towel animals - even a flying monkey) and Damith too. Wasir, Valentine and Dil Nawaz, thank you too.And thanks to the concierge and luggage team too, Abdullah, Santosh and Mr Singh.We can’t wait to come back, we have definitely found our special retreat in Dubai. The Diwali celebrations, musicians and sweets were just awesome.Hope to see you all soon.

We have just returned from a 5-night stay in this magnificent hotel where everything is planned to satisfy guests.The staff is adorable, always able to respond to the slightest request.The breakfast is absolutely exceptional, we are frequent travelers, used to this type of hotel, and I think it is the best breakfast we have had so far.The hotel, the rooms, the swimming pool and the beach are very clean.The hotel is very quiet, it was a real pleasure to disconnect.The only downside is that, being at the other end of the Palm, it takes at least 30 minutes by car to get out of town.Last small downside, which would rather be a recommendation for the hotel, it lacks a little greenery on the beach... palm trees for example. ☺️We highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in my life. The food is outstanding in the Indian restaurant .I have only one point to make about the hotel policy of giving an an allowance of only AED 150 to dine at the speciality restaurant and it's not possible to buy even one main course in this. Simply fantastic from the moment you arrive in reception you feel special the level of service and care is another level . We moved to the taj after we got delayed in Dubai due to the weather . The kindness and service of the hotel will always stay with our family . Breakfast is another level . Gym and spa is stunning and the overall quality and attention to detail in every area of the hotel is outstanding. Massive thank you to prateek Barthwall the duty manager who made us feel that nothing was a problem. Elizibeth around the pool who brighten our day with her smile And mustapha the door man who looked after us coming and going. We loved the location at the end of the palm .location was not a problem as taxi where always out side and cost was only about £15 to JBR /marina .Sorry it’s took me so long to write the review we will be back soon

We went for a pool day with breakfast. The spread was amazing, with interactive restaurant team, hostess remembered our name and addressed us on our name as we go out of the restau even if there are so many guests who dined. Lifeguards and pool staff are kind and thoughtful, who consistently helped to move the umbrella to cover us from extreme heat, and refills ice on our complementary bucket of water. Massive architecture and luxurious interior. Have been to a lot of five star hotels, but this one's special.

An absolute nightmare. Stay away from this so-called 5-star hotel.I don’t even know where to begin. This stay was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. A complete disaster on every level.Service? Here you get zero stars instead of five.Breakfast was an utter catastrophe. The hotel is completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of guests. A simple cappuccino takes 30 minutes to arrive. One day you’re allowed to smoke on the terrace; the next, you’re told to leave. Then you’re forced to stand in the blazing sun just to enjoy a cigarette, without even an umbrella for shade. The staff are friendly enough, but totally incompetent for what’s supposed to be a 5-star hotel. If this is supposed to be luxury hospitality, it’s honestly just laughable.Room cleaning? A total gamble.One day it’s fine; the next, it’s a disaster. There is no consistency whatsoever.Pool area? Disappointment after disappointment.The grounds look decent, but good luck getting any service here. If you’re hoping for drinks, food, or towels, you’ll be waiting in vain. This so-called luxury hotel offers a pool experience that’s a complete waste. A total embarrassment.Concierge service? More like chaos service.We booked a family outing to see dolphins through the concierge, and it turned into complete chaos. This so-called professional concierge couldn’t even manage to book the correct activity. Instead of a memorable family day, it ended with shouting in the lobby. After endless back and forth, we finally got a refund. A day that should have been one of the best turned into an absolute nightmare.The manager? A disgrace to the entire hotel.Manager Bassem Ibrahim Geney invited us to dinner as compensation and promised room service breakfast for the next day. Sounds generous? Not at all. When we checked out, we were forced to pay the dinner bill; apparently, only the room service was covered. I feel deceived and lied to.Bottom line.The worst stay of my life in a so-called 5-star hotel. If this is the standard in luxury hospitality, then forget it. Lots of talk, no substance, and in the end, a total scam. Staff who can’t handle even basic tasks, and a manager who deceives his guests. I’m simply relieved to be free from this nightmare.

Amazing Experience. From arrival to departure the service here was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help out in whatever way they could.The rooms were nice and big, very clean and modern. I know it's a fairly new hotel compared to some of the others but they have maintained it will.There are a number of restaurants on site, all of which serve high quality food and there's plenty of choices especially at the palm restaurant.A special thank you to Maulya from the palm restaurant. He provided an excellent level of customer service throughout our entire stay.I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Go if you want to get poisoned 2 times, the food doesn’t seem to be bad, but tests showed that it was a food infection, when my grandmother became ill, everyone felt like it for a year, first they sent security, then he went down to call the manager, when they went to the hospital they took the stroller which the hotel gave us, saying that they might get confused at the hospital, although the first time they didn’t take the stroller, second impressions turned out to be very bad, they don’t have a doctor, they sent a security guard under the guise of a doctor

The Taj ExoticaI team provided exceptional service to include kindness and genuine efforts to accommodate my friends and I during our September visit for our friend’s 50th Birthday Celebration in Dubai. From the very start, the Taj team was especially gracious in welcoming us into this resort. During our stay, Kuldeep who took care of our rooms was extremely pleasant, great to speak with and determined to make certain we were all comfortable in our spaces. His counterpart Jud was also very accommodating with simple yet gratifying gestures like bringing up beach bags with sandals inside as a welcome gift within minutes from checking in. Prateek at the Front Desk was also very kind and informative with our quest for evening ventures during our visit.Last but definitely not least was our interaction with Vikas, The Greatest Of All Times in Concierge Service and beyond! From the introduction with Vikas I could tell he’s a kind hearted human being. I wanted to purchase tickets for a few friends to visit a popular location there. However, we didn’t realize the popularity of this site and regular tickets were sold out. Although there were other options for tickets I greatly appreciated Vikas candor when offers were extremely overpriced. Yet he continued to make the effort to find something reasonable for the group. Furthermore, he knew how important it was to a few of us and offered alternate means to assist in getting us to that destination before flying back home.At the very end our trip we had a mishap with airline ticketing which quickly turned things chaotic with fear of having to leave one of our friends to rebook her fight during business hours the following day. Vikas took charge, volunteered his time beyond his designated work hours to accompany us to the airport and was beyond supportive in rectifying the airport dilemma. He assured us that even if our friend couldn’t get on the flight with us that night that he would ensure she was safe.Taj Exotica Resort and Spa at The Palm Dubai is definitely a location I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend to others. The Taj team played a big role in making our Dubai trip memorable and I'm certain will do the same for others.

Joined the team Pink Ride along with AW RE TeamOne of the highlights delightful continental breakfast I enjoyed along with Royal Enfield and Hardly Davidson riding team added an extra layer of excitement to my visit. This review is for the pool and gym facilities only , as we took a day pass. I can not comment on the rooms .Staff :10 stars ! Attentiveness, uniforms, politeness. From the reception, valet parking and beach staff.Location:2 stars. No green at all, not even one palm tree, fake grass and sand. Looks empty and sad.Changing room at the pool, not so many amenities ( like jumeirah group hotels for example or address group)Good by the pool delicious.Will I go back? I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Taj Exotica. The property is huge and beautifully situated on Palm Jumeirah, a bit away from the main city but well worth it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extensive spread and plenty of good vegetarian options. However, my experience at their spa was mediocre. I had a massage at their wellness center, which didn't quite meet my expectations. I've shared a separate review for the spa. That said, everything else was excellent. The hospitality was top-notch and overall, it was a wonderful experience.
